Yesterday, Paul Brewbaker, Senior VP and Chief Economist for the Bank of Hawaii, spoke to the Maui Chamber of Commerce on Maui’s Westside. Brewbaker made sure that participants of the meeting understood that he believes the “Sickly Economy will stick around a bit longer” (The Maui News article). His key words that seemed to stick out for everyone were ‘I am pretty sure 2009 is the bottom’.

Thank you Mr. Brewbaker. We all want to believe just that! The Maui Real Estate market is ready and currently offers some excellent opportunites.
