Wailea Homes / Wailea Condos
An array of 14 distinct Wailea condos is part of the master planned luxury Wailea Resort Community, encompassing 1,500 gently sloped oceanfront acres.
There are eight condos in Wailea that offer vacation rentals. Half of them are on waterfront properties lined with picturesque white sandy beaches. Other Wailea condos offer excellent ocean views or are bordering world-class golf courses. Well-known restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
Homes in Wailea are the quintessential representation of the prestigious Wailea real estate market. Most single-family houses are part of commonly gated neighborhoods. Homes without views are just as popular as ocean view Wailea homes. It's more about location, location, location!
MAKENA REAL ESTATE
Makena Homes / Makena Condos
The lay of the land is similar to Wailea, but Makena's density is much lower. With over 1,800 acres, the Makena Resort has yet to be defined.
There are only three Makena Condos outside of new developments. Two are located on pristine beaches with direct oceanfront and are available as vacation rentals. The area's seclusion with its famous South Maui beaches, are the main attraction.
Condos in Makena are not the dominant part of the Makena real estate community. There are three gated neighborhoods with single-family houses. Most Makena homes are individual properties on larger pieces of land, situated right next or in close proximity to the water. These oceanfront homes in Makena are some of the best resort properties in the world.
