The location of Loke Hale is really stunning with the green lawn in the front, Kihei’s #1 surf spot, Cove Park to the north and Charley Young’s Beach in the south. Here are more photos of Loke Hale #202 from when it was previously listed. Sad we missed this opportunity but there are many more oceanfront Kihei Condos. It is still a great time to buy, no question!

The blue roof to the south of Loke Hale is one of those brand new Kihei Homes, built in 2002. It is a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom home with almost 4,400 square feet on a 10,000 square feet lot. For those interested in visiting this specific area, there is a public parking lot on the ocean side of South Kihei Road. Otherwise it is not that easy to leave the car just anywhere.
