This Wailea Palms unit is a bargain and still negotiable: the owner is motivated and so is the agent, me. The unit has over 1,200 square feet and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for $799,000 at the moment of this post.

Tucked away at the ‘end’ of the complex: this extremely quiet & private condo is a ground floor ‘C’ plan with views high above the roof lines from the Wailea Kai neighborhood.
