My mission is very simple: I wanted to create the best online resource for real estate in Wailea and Makena, South Maui, Hawaii, USA. Unlike other websites that are simply focused on ’supplying’ you with listing data of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), I feel there is a true need for more detailed information about this area.

Maui is the best island in the world, yet, still an island. Most of you can not be here all the time. I chose to live here. My wife and I met in Wailea. If they ever build a Costco in this zip code, I think I will never leave again unless I need an oil change for my car. Call me crazy, but I don’t think you would “go to see a doctor” if something is wrong with your skin. You would go to see a skin doctor! Well, that’s me: it’s very simple. I want to be the expert for Wailea and Makena.

This Blog is the natural extension of my straight forward Marketing Concept: It is quickly becoming the Online News Portal for real estate in Wailea and Makena.
