This is something really special and quickly gaining popularity for Wailea & Makena: I have implemented the Activity Reports with a simple navigation button on the top of each page of my website. These are relevant CMAs for the condos and homes in Wailea and Makena.

Every weekend between Sunday evening and Monday morning Hawaiian Standard Time (HST), I am committed to update these Activity Reports for the condo complexes and homes in the area as specified in the list on that page. Here is a sample extract of what you can expect:

Because of the many requests received, I decided to write a post with a couple of explanations: Yes, this is data from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of the Maui Board of Realtors. To stay with the rules, I am legally not allowed to display the “Days on the Market (DOM)”. Any canceled listing will also not show in these reports. This data can be supplied upon request at any time. Just send me an email or call.

COE stands for “Close of Escrow”. MFE stands for “Maintenance Fee” in each condo complex. My Activity Reports are provided in the most common PDF format. They can easily be downloaded and printed. Together with the Plat Maps, they are a fantastic tool for Buyers and Sellers to prepare or simply ’stay in touch’ with our market in South Maui.
