Somehow I can’t even imagine how this would be anywhere else: it might be raining, there is snow or it is bitter cold. People are too busy to stop. They have a life or they are chasing it! I have never been a real estate agent anywhere else. Can you tell? Actually, I believe I can’t even work! There is something special about an open house as a real estate agent on Maui.
Now consider this: my ‘office’ is this listing in paradise. Putting out some signs in the sun. Sometimes I am lucky and there is an ocean view. The doors and windows are open and the trade winds make ‘work’ pretty comfortable. Highspeed online connects me to my clients and yes, now we all have cell phones: here I am, easy to find!
Please remember that there are no signs allowed for open houses in Wailea. My signs are placed where you can easily see them at the entrance to the resort. I will also be posting my open house schedule here. Please call me for directions as necessary. I am very much looking forward to seeing you.
