Wailea Elua

Wailea Elua is an oceanfront condo complex offering 153 units in 25 two-story buildings on a sprawling 24-acre beachfront location. There is one gated entrance just north of The Shops at Wailea off Wailea Alanui. This unique Wailea Condo allows vacation rentals and is most famous for the beautiful green lawn with tropical vegetation between the buildings and the Wailea oceanfront walkway. It was built between 1976 and 1977. With restrictions, pets are allowed.

Amenities include a full-size tennis court with a quiet second pool nearby. In November of 2008, Wailea Elua completed an extensive remodel of the pavilion with the main pool, kitchen, BBQs and entertainment areas. It is beautifully located above the sandy beach. One-bedroom units with one or two bathrooms have around 900 square feet. Two- and three-bedroom units with two bathrooms are offering from 1,200 to over 1,700 square feet.
