The Palms at Wailea encompass nearly 17 acres at the entrance to Wailea on a slope above Keawakapu Beach, right off Wailea Alanui. The concrete construction offers 150 units in 23 two-story buildings and was completed in 1992. Buildings 20 through 23 share a separate entrance off Okolani Drive. Some units offer excellent ocean views. This is a famous Wailea Condo offering vacation rentals and there are no pets allowed.
