One Palauea Bay (OPB)

One Palauea Bay offers 17 unique home sites on about 20 acres just south of the Fairmont Kea Lani Resort. Each lot is over one acre in size. 15 lots are located through a gate right across the banquet entrance of the Resort. Height restrictions are guaranteeing view corridors for each location. There is a pedestrian entrance between lots 11 and 12, offering access to Old Makena Road and to the beach across the street. The remaining two lots are 'split up' by a 21-acre archeological site situated between One Palauea Bay and Keauhou at Makena in the south.
