Andaz Wailea ResortThe Andaz Wailea Resort is a joint venture creation of Hyatt and the Starwood Capital Group. This new luxurious south Maui hotel will be located on the site of the former Renaissance Wailea Beach Resort and is scheduled to open in 2014.
The Bluffs At WaileaSince 2010, Coldwell Banker Island Properties has an office in the new Wailea Gateway Center on the top of Wailea Ike Drive. From the windows, you have the perfect view over the 12 half acre lots, that are forming the Bluffs At Wailea.

Hokulani Golf VillasSurrounded by Kihei’s Elleair Maui Golf Course, Hokulani Golf Villas will eventually have 152 detached condominium homes in a gated community with one entrance from the north of Lipoa Street, on the mountainside of Piilani Highway.
