The majority of Wailea real estate market encompasses 14 very different Wailea condos totaling over 1,700 individually owned units. The master plan for the luxury Wailea Resort is an appealing mixed layout of homes and condos surrounded by world-class golf courses and hotel resort properties. Nearly 1,300 of the condos in Wailea comprise eight complexes that are zoned as vacation rentals. Only four of those, however, are Wailea oceanfront condos with a total of less then 700 units.

There are four Wailea condos zoned residential, totaling a little over 450 units. Three of those condos in Wailea have South Maui's best condo pools and fitness centers.
