Wailea Ekahi offers 296 condos in 54 two-story buildings on a gently sloped tropical site of 35 acres. Though only a few units in building 7 are truly oceanfront, the complex is known as a popular beachfront vacation destination. Built in 1978, the location at the south end of Keawakapu Beach signifies the start of the Wailea Beach walkway. Access is possible from Wailea Alanui or Okolani Drive depending on the building numbers.

Amenities include a private beach pavilion complete with kitchen and BBQs, two paddle tennis courts as well as four large, free-form pools. The location of the main pool right above the white sandy beach is spectacular. Wailea Ekahi units range from 600 square feet studios to one and two bedroom condos with around 1,200 square feet. More and more units are being remodeled and updated. Pets are allowed with restrictions.
