Here is explained what you can expect:

Makena Condos, Wailea Condos, Kihei Condos, Vacation Condos

Between these groups, the South Maui Real Estate market is pretty diverse and has something to offer for every taste and budget. These categories will serve as the introduction to the South Maui Condos. This includes information about Vacation Rentals as well as Residential Condos available in the area.

Makena Homes, Wailea Homes, Kihei Homes

Makena Homes are mostly oceanfront or situated on larger individual parcels not far from the Pacific Ocean. All of the Homes in Wailea are part of specific gated communities. Kihei is older and much larger in size. Kihei Homes are often part of neighborhood developments but also come custom built in many areas. Over time I will introduce you to a variety of different homes and areas of South Maui.

Vacant Land

For a number of years now, Maui is the “Best Island in the World“. And they don’t make any more of it! With the controlled development of the Wailea Resort and the neighboring Makena Resort still being ‘in limbo’, the possibilities to purchase Vacant Land in South Maui are in no relation to Homes and Condo listings. These are rare, often exclusive opportunities.

New Developments

The New Developments category is a section to further introduce details of new projects and to share construction updates for Wailea Real Estate as well as for Makena Real Estate.  I will also include news for Kihei Condos and Kihei Homes. As much as possible, I will visually document the progress on the New Developments.

Maui no ka oi! Some of the best beaches are in Wailea and Makena. Some of those are home to magnificent Oceanfront Properties, condos and homes alike. And some of you are simply requesting only these locations. This is for you!

Maui No Ka Oi. It does not get any better then this. Maui seems to be “Heaven on Earth”. That’s why so many are seeking their own spot on this island paradise. The south shore offers spectacular year-round sunsets, a variety of excellent beach parks and a magnificent shoreline. Occasionally I am taking of to explore other parts of Maui, too.
