That is exactly one million more then today’s sale of Papali Wailea unit #11. In this case, the $2,200,000.00 sales price even included a brand new designer furniture package. This “deal was a steal” considering the original sales price in June 2008 without any furnishings for $2,950,000.00.
Papali Wailea is considered a New Development within the Wailea Resort area. Only 24 units on roughly 10 acres of land, are offering a very low density with lots of privacy for individual owners.
