Coldwell Banker Island Properties clearly dominates the Maui Real Estate Market

In a recent meeting, Coldwell Banker Island Properties announced the opening of their newest office location. As the leading Maui Real Estate company and dominating franchise in the business, the owners made themselves known for their bold and successful endeavors over the past 20 years. The new office will be located in the Wailea Gateway Center, right next to the Bluffs At Wailea. Please see the Plat Map below.

It is an excellent strategic location right at the south end of Piilani Highway and the beginning of Wailea Ike Drive. The office for Coldwell Banker Island Properties is at the southern corner on the second floor of building A. This will allow for clear advertising on two sides of the building. The company’s contract is exclusive and will not allow for competing brokerages in the Wailea Gateway Center.

The new office is scheduled to open for the next Winter Season, some time in October of this year. Around the same time, Destination Resorts Hawaii will move their entire operations up from The Shops At Wailea, creating a true “Welcoming Corner” for folks interested in the South Maui Real Estate Market, short term or long term.

I proudly accepted my invitation a number of years ago and spent almost my entire career as a Maui Real Estate Agent in this office. Diamond Wailea Resort ‘dropped the Diamond’ and announced renovation

After all these years, there will be many folks still using the long time established name Diamond Wailea Resort. The property is located at a landmark location on the top of Kaukahi Street, right next to where the entrance for Wailea 670 (also known as Honuaula) will be. Last month, the owners, a Honolulu based Investment LLC “dropped the Diamond” and announced a name change to now Hotel Wailea Maui.

In addition, the Hotel Wailea Maui is undergoing a complete renovation that is expected to be completed by October 1, perfectly in time for the winter season. The all-too popular Capiche Restaurant will not be effected by the construction and re-model work.
