This post is overdue! When Ke Alii Ocean Villas first started selling as New Developments in the “Kihei Condos” segment, the asking prices seemed to be outrages. Like any other business, the Maui Real Estate market had to adjust to the current economic situation. And now, the units at Ke Alii Ocean Villas are not only an excellent value. Compared to other South Maui Condos, these Kihei Condos quietly advanced to becoming some of the best deals in the area, even including the ever popular and well-known Wailea Condos.

The location is fantastic: Walking distance from any unit and right across from Kamaole Beach Park in South Kihei. Spacious two and three-bedroom units come with an equal number of bathrooms. Another Escrow for Papaanui Makena! Lot #3 received an offer and is now tagged ‘Continue to Show’ in the category for active listings. Like everywhere else at the moment, Makena Real Estate has to be priced right to generate sales. It took less then 6 months for these Makena Vacant Land lots to sell. Lots #2 and #5 are also in Escrow, expected to close in the very near future (we will report!). Lots #1, #6 and #7 have already been sold to fortunate owners. The only available lot for sale is now lot #4.

Papaanui Makena will be an A1 neighborhood within the Makena Resort area, located directly across from historical Makena Landing. Once completed, it is to be expected that these Makena Homes will offer unobstructed ocean views towards the south and Maluaka Beach.

The photo below are shows the newly constructed Wailea Gateway Center at the most southern end of Piilani Highway. Although there are no windows installed at the time of this post, you can see that the roof lines for both buildings have been completed.
