New Concept for Maluaka At Makena

The New Concept for Maluaka At Makena has been announced. The sale of thirteen vacant lots will allow individual Makena Homes and create the Residential Condo Community of Maluaka At Makena. Kanani Wailea Virtually and Financially the Entry to Wailea

Kanani Wailea is still listed under New Developments for the Wailea Real Estate market place. It was brand new in 2007 and offers 38 units classified as Residential Condos, looking like homes, each with four separate walls. There are single level and two-story units / buildings available, a total of eight listings. In my world this is a Wailea Condo complex, an excellent stainless steel frame construction.

The location across the Wailea Fire Station on Kilohana Drive, virtually puts this Wailea Condo at the entrance of the Wailea Resort. And now Kanani Wailea is also tagged as the financial entry ticket in the Wailea Real Estate market. Beside two residential listings in Wailea Kai and one in Wailea Kialoa, there are only a hand full of listings in Kai Malu at Wailea and here, in Kanani Wailea, available for below $1,000,000.00. All of these offerings are great ways to get started with a Maui Property that could be marked as the well deserved retirement home.

Today’s Maui Photo is a very recent sunset I captured next to Keawakapu Beach from the rocky oceanfront point outside of the Mana Kai Resort in South Kihei. This location is just down the road from Kanani Wailea, right next to one of Hawaii’s most famous beaches. I received a call from a client at that time: he told me it’s snowing in Calgary. Brr, poor folks, you need to come over and stay here during this time of the year!

Two Recorded Sales for Papaanui Makena plus Lot #2 in Solid Escrow

Exciting few days for Papaanui Makena: the first two lots have been sold. Lot #6 and Lot #7 both closed and recorded for $1,050,000.00 each. Only a few days later, all contingencies for the purchase of Lot #2 have been removed. The Multiple Listing Service now indicates the status for Lot #2 changed to “Do Not Show”. The word on the street is that there have been offers on the table for Lots #1 and #3 also. Don’t wait if you want to be on the ridge above Makena Landing!
