The Palms in Wailea are going crazy

Unit # 3805 did get reduced from well over $1,000,000.00 to the ’round number’ of $824,900.00. Wow! It is now the 2nd lowest priced 2 bedroom unit in Wailea Palms. An excellent value, fully furnished with exquisite upgrades throughout. There are now a total of four units listed below $900,000.00. Ok, #2402 for $715,000.00 is only a one-bedroom unit, but it does have some gracious views.

So, after you learned yesterday about the Maui Real Estate DEALS and STEALS, do you know where to start looking? — Don’t worry. You are by far not the only one who needs some kind of help!

START HERE: My office is somewhat mobile. I like to spend my days in a Wailea Condo. Generally speaking, that is a great place to do an ‘Open House’. Most of the time the units are comfortably furnished and I have excellent reception to work on the internet. I am ready for you.

Maui Real Estate DEALS turning into Maui Real Estate STEALS

Listing Prices don’t seem to matter any longer. In fact, the closed transactions in comparable neighborhoods or complexes became much more important. The DEALS are done! Now you can buy Maui Real Estate STEALS. Many properties do have their “own stories” around them. Be sure to find a Maui Real Estate Agent who knows them, an expert for your preferred area. It helps! Then forget the Listing Prices. Just make an offer and you will be surprised.

This past week brought me two new Escrows. One of my Wailea Listings received an offer that got accepted and parallel, I am representing the Buyer for a Kihei Condo purchase. The Sellers for both of these transactions will be happy upon a successful close of Escrow, just to move on and forget about it. And I am not the only one! After talking to fellow agents, I learned that they are experiencing the same. Escrows have doubled compared to January. The word on the street is that “Smart Money” is buying.
