The 2009 Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Award confirmed what the public believes and every local on Maui, maybe in Hawaii, will loudly support: “Maui Is The Best – Maui No Ka Oi”. The prestigious magazine is now conducting this poll for 22 years and Maui has also been the Best Island in the Pacific for 19 straight years. Only 11 islands were rated above 80, but Maui is the ONLY island to score over 90.
