When considering the age, the quality of the construction, the outstanding amenities and the stunning location of Wailea Beach Villas A201, there are only very few Maui Condos, if any, that are able to match.
In fact, this is much more then just a Record Sale for the Wailea Beach Villas. When pulling the all-time statistics for any Maui Condos ever sold for $10,000,000.00 or more, the list is pretty short with only three recorded sales in total.
