Two days in a row, a blog about the same complex! Hoolei At Wailea stays on top in the South Maui Real Estate news when we are talking about Wailea Condos. Including today’s closing of unit A4 for $2,465,000.00, there have now been 15 recorded sales for Hoolei At Wailea in 2009. Three new recent listings brought the number of available units for sale up to 19. Unit F4 is the only unit currently remaining under contract and in Escrow. Today’s Maui Photo shows a typical courtyard drive up in this South Maui vacation complex. All buildings have 6 units numbered 1 through 6 from right to left. Hoolei At Wailea A4 is therefore the fourth garage door from the right. Pedestrian stairs are just off to the right. The 2-story townhouse buildings are essentially offering 3 different floor plans, units 1 through 3, while units 4 through 6 are the same plans only flip side.
The floor plans are roughly 2,400 for unit numbers 2 and 5, about 2,600 for the center units 3 and 4, plus almost 3,100 square feet for the end units 1 and 6. The Hoolei At Wailea layout and designs are spacious and comfortable. The view on the photo above can almost get you ‘lost’. Unlike many others, I do not share the opinion that building A is the best in the complex. In fact, I strongly believe that Hoolei At Wailea B4 has the superior location. That unit sold back in July as ‘a Maui Real Estate Investment gone south‘. It then closed for $2,100,000.00. This statement makes unit B5 probably the 2nd best unit in the complex.
But fact is, it’s hunting time! You need to make offers to find out what it’s selling for. And that I can do for you. Call me!
