The Wailea Town Center is a mixed-use complex located on 4.2 acres at the end of Wailea Ike Drive above Grand Champions Villas. Buildings A and B are single level, business units only.  A total of seven condos are available on the second level of buildings C and D. The views are excellent from most units. Pets are allowed but vacation rental is not possible. Businesses have restrictions to protect residents.

Construction was completed in 2007. Amenities include a private and almost hidden pool and spa area. The seven resident units have individual separate garages between buildings C and D. Floor plans are 1,600 square feet for the 2 bedrooms / 2 bathroom units and 1,900 square feet for the 3 bedrooms / 3 bathroom units. This is an upscale quality construction and the Wailea Town Center units seem to be "the little secret of Wailea".
