Wailea Condos for Sale

This is a complete list of the Wailea Condos for sale and available through the Maui MLS at this time. Currently there are over 1,700 individually owned condominium units. They are accounting for the majority of the Wailea Real Estate market place and are organized in 14 very different Wailea Condos.

Nearly 1,300 of the condos in Wailea are comprised in eight complexes which are zoned to allow vacation rentals. Only four of those, however, are Wailea Oceanfront Condos with a total of less then 700 units. Today there are five complexes zoned residential, totaling exactly 450 units. Three of these Wailea Condos have South Maui's best condominium pools and fitness centers. Some of these residential condos visually look like individual Wailea Homes and are offering personal garages.

The development of Wailea Condos commenced in the 1970s. Consequently, individual complexes and even units are extremely different in layout and style. Over the years, some of the units have been extensively remodeled and upgraded.
