The Wailea Beach Villas are offering 60 units in a five-story penthouse building fronted by 38 units in seven individual two and three-story villa buildings on Wailea Beach. Construction of the 10,7 acre site was completed in 2006. Driving access is through a gate between The Shops at Wailea and the Grand Wailea Resort. A pedestrian gate is on the lobby level to access The Shops. Vacation rental is allowed, but pets are not.

Amenities in the Wailea Beach Villas include two pool and spa areas, meeting rooms and a fitness center. Views in the penthouse building start on the 2nd floor and are fantastic from the top three floors. Not all villa units have views. Floor plans are 2 and 3 bedrooms from 1,900 to over 3,000 square feet. The penthouse building has an underground garage with elevators to the units while villas have individual garages. Appliances & building quality are excellent.
