The biggest headline in the Maui News today! A report from the Maui Real Estate board confirms the highest number of Maui condos sold in February of 2013, making this a 5-year height. Of course this statistic includes Wailea condos and Makena condos on the South shore of the island.
You know how that is: once the printed media and the TV simultaneously report about the latest happenings, changes in the Wailea Real Estate and Makena Real Estate market place are well on the way. The total inventory is down by 15% and more in some locations. If you are thinking of selling, contact me!
Today’s Maui photo is from a helicopter flight in South Maui. The low perspective, the ocean and the lava flow, are an awesome vista from nearly every angle.

Friends & clients alike, thank you very much for your compliments on my Maui Real Estate photography. Or much more, I am honored to receive your emails and private Facebook messages regarding my Maui photos. While they are focused on Wailea and Makena Real Estate, it seems that many of them are of general interest within the industry. Specially my aerial photos!
Photography has been a passion of mine for many years. Maui photos and working as a Maui Real Estate agent sure pushed me to develop this hobby into something a little more professional. Please understand that these photos don’t come cheap! Generally speaking, I am not interested in selling them. Finding them on other websites without authorization is simply theft. If you have questions, please call me.
My blog publications for Maui Real Estate, although mostly limited to Makena and Wailea Real Estate, will have to continue to carry the VWonMaui watermark. For many of my Maui photos, like this aerial photo from Little Beach & Big Beach in South Maui, this might be a little disturbing. Sorry about that, but I don’t see any other way to continue this service!
