    This is the same listing as MLS 346573 which has been on the market for 131 days.

    Was there a change in realtor which caused the residence to be taken off-market and then put back on or was it simply to keep the DOM relatively low?

      Here on Maui, to renew the counter for “Days On Market” (DOM) for the same listing brokerage, a property has to be off the market for more then 30 days. Nevertheless, the cancellation and re-listing on the same day for this property was not because of a change of Realtor®.
