Hoolei at Wailea has 120 two-story townhouse units on 30 acres situated on a slope across the banquet entrance of the Grand Wailea Resort. The gated entrance at the new traffic light shows off some spectacular photogenic waterfalls.  This is one of our New Developments in South Maui and most units have been completed in 2007 and 2009. Hoolei at Wailea is a vacation rental  Wailea condo with ties to the Kulana Club at the Grand Wailea Resort. Pets are not allowed.
