Hale Kanani

Hale Kanani offers four three-story buildings with 72 units on 2.5 acres right across Kihei's popular surfing spot, the Cove Beach Park. This is a great central location, close to shopping and recreation. Charlie Young's Beach is a short walk through Ili Ili Road. Though located on South Kihei Road, the entrance is on the side off Kanani Road. This Kihei Condo was built in 2005 and does not allow vacation rental. Pets are permitted.

Amenities include an in-ground pool and Jacuzzi as well as two assigned tandem-parking stalls per condo. Floor plans are from around 900 to just over 1,000 square feet in size. 48 units have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
