The biggest headline in the Maui News today! A report from the Maui Real Estate board confirms the highest number of Maui condos sold in February of 2013, making this a 5-year height. Of course this statistic includes Wailea condos and Makena condos on the South shore of the island.

You know how that is: once the printed media and the TV simultaneously report about the latest happenings, changes in the Wailea Real Estate and Makena Real Estate market place are well on the way. Sold lots in Kilohana Waena trigger price adjustments in Kihei in South Maui

There are not many pieces of Kihei vacant land left! At least not this far down in South Kihei and this close to the ocean. The 31 lots of Kilohana Waena are located on quiet Hoolapa Street, off South Kihei Road, yet, in short walking distance to Keawakapu Beach.

The Suites At Wailea is the newest of the Wailea condos. The Maui MLS now shows the first closed sale for The Suites At Wailea. The unit number is 6-4. This is the upstairs unit number four in building six. The sales price is noted with $749,000.00.
