The Suites At Wailea is the newest of the Wailea condos. The Maui MLS now shows the first closed sale for The Suites At Wailea. The unit number is 6-4. This is the upstairs unit number four in building six. The sales price is noted with $749,000.00.
All units in The Suites At Wailea have a single level floor plan, as well as 1-bedroom with 1-bathroom configurations. While upper units are slightly smaller inside and outside on the lanai, the interior square footage for unit 6-4 is 611 with 107 square feet of covered lanai.

Eventually, the small community with only 72 units will be enjoying “Club 72″ lifestyle and services standards. This will include a spa and and a so called beach club. At this point, the once popular Renaissance Wailea Resort and the rather sad marketing efforts for the Baccarat Wailea property during the real estate downturn, are fading memories, clearly history. The Andaz Wailea Residences as part of the new Wailea Beach resort are offered for sale. For the 12 units available, offerings vary from $5.6 million through 11.4 million, depending on view and location. These Wailea Condos have been announced as a New Development but are not officially listed for sale in the Maui MLS.
Today’s Maui photo is a visual contribution to the well-loved Renaissance Wailea Beach Resort with it’s famed Maui Onion pool side restaurant. These were the ‘good old days’. Progress is fast. Rumors have it that the New Development of the Andaz Wailea Residences and the resort hotel with it’s amenities are scheduled to open by the end of June 2013.

February 13, 2013. Today marks the first day for a recorded sale of a Wailea Ekolu unit in 2013. In fact, Wailea Ekolu 310 and Wailea Ekolu 804 both sold today. Both of these Wailea condos are upstairs units, but the closings are not at all related and both of these units are very different.
Wailea Ekolu 804 is a 1-bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms and 869 square feet of living space. It is located further up in the complex and closer to the pool. Wailea Ekolu 804 has nice ocean views and an excellent rental history. This Wailea condo sold for $570,000.00 after only 29 days on the market. This was a cash transaction.
Wailea Ekolu 310 is a 2-bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms and 1071 square feet of living space. This unit is located in the front row and most forward position of building number 3. Wailea Ekolu 310 offers expansive 180-degree ocean views over the 15th fairway of the Wailea Blue Golf Course. It has been completely re-modeled. This Wailea condo sold for $815,000.00 after 454 days on the market. It involved owner financing.
Built in 1979, Wailea Ekolu features beautiful grounds and lots of open green space. There are 148 Wailea condos in 17 two-story low-rise buildings on over 18 acres.
