Black Sand Beach

Black Sand Beach is one of only three gated communities in Makena and the only one that is oceanfront. After passing the Makena Beach and Golf Resort, Makena Alanui first gently bends to the right, then to the left as you can see the gate of Black Sand Beach on the right side of the road. This exclusive, one of a kind six-acre location high above the ocean, offers only seven home sites. Lots number one and five are about one acre in size. The other five lots are around half an acre. Terraced plateaus allow for excellent views from all of  these locations. The custom homes that have been built here thus far, are of superior quality.
