Makena Surf offers 108 units in six two- and three-story buildings on a beautiful beachfront location with more then 15 acres. Buildings B, E, F and G were built in 1984. Buildings A and C are the two-story buildings added between 1990 and 1993. Two gates are available right off Makena Alanui: the north gate is for buildings A and B, the south gate for all others. This is an excellent vacation rental condo. Pets are not allowed.
Amenities include two pool areas, each with Jacuzzi, BBQ areas and four tennis courts of which two are lighted in the evening. Other then the sound of the ocean, Makena Surf is a very quiet location with lush Hawaiian tropical landscaping. There are a variety of two- and three-bedroom units from 1,038 to over 2,000 square feet in the younger buildings. Careful: some remodeled units will make you never want to leave!
