Maui Meadows Vacant Land

Maui Meadows is almost at the South end of Piilani Highway on the mountainside of the road, across the street from Kanani Wailea and Wailea Pualani. Some day it will border Honuaula / Wailea 670 on the south side. There are around 800 parcels with an average size of half an acre. Ohanas are allowed. Some newer homes in Maui Meadows are setting new standards for higher values. The strong slope makes for some stunning views greatly appreciated by Wailea clients who don't want to deal with the WCA rules.
