Kai Makani Beach Villas are located in North Kihei right across the Ohukai Beach Park, famous to launch for windsurfing and kite sailing. This Kihei Condo was newly constructed in 2007 and 2008. The 10.5-acre site is hosting 112 units. There are 22 two-story buildings with either six units or four units each. The location is very convenient with quick access towards South Maui for fun in sun or to the Kahului airport.

Amenities include a fenced pool and spa area with clubhouse, exercise room and BBQ areas. Some units are offering separate, lockable storage space away from the buildings. Five floor plans either have two or three bedrooms with two bathrooms from 800 to over 1,200 square feet. Kai Makani Beach Villas does not allow vacation rentals. Pets are permitted. Enjoy year-round sunsets from the beach across the street or walk to Maalea.
